CENTER FOR SURGICAL AND AMBULATORY CARE

The Noble Hospital Center for Surgical and
Ambulatory Care is a facility, which was built with the future in mind.
The Center is an advanced unit designed to provide "one-stop" surgical
care. For the patient's convenience all services from pre-admission
testing through discharge are provided in one location.
"High Tech" Equipment and Facility.
With patient care as the priority, the Surgical Care Unit (SCU) offers
individual rooms for outpatient pre-surgical preparation. This permits
family members and significant others to be present to support their
loved one during this stressful period. The SCU also affords privacy
for doctor/patient activity during both pre- and post-op visits.
The Center features four identical operating suites, which are among
the largest in the area. This allows for the most complex and
equipment-demanding procedures to be performed with efficiency and
safety.
Caring - Compassionate - Competent Staff
Surgeries from major vascular to
advanced laparoscopic procedures, are supported by a team of Board
Certified Anesthesiologists, skilled nurses and surgical technicians.
Our Post-Anesthesia Recovery Unit Nurses are all ACLS certified. Their
expertise, dedication and skill are complemented by the unit's
state-of-the-art equipment and design insuring the utmost in patient
care and safety. Outpatients are discharged back to the SCU into the
same room where they are joined by their supporting family and friends.
Going Home After Surgery
Most patients are discharged on the day of surgery. Patients
requiring more complex surgical procedures will be admitted to a
surgical floor for overnight stay.
