Cosmetic Plastic Surgery and Skin Care

CPR
American Heart Association Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) classes are held monthly at Noble Hospital. Sponsored by the Education Department, these 2-part Basic Life Support programs provide training for adult, child and infant CPR, as well as, first aid for choking. Classes are held from 6:30 to 9:00 PM both evenings. The class schedule is as follows:

Forgetting Cigarettes
Using hypnosis to stop smoking, this is a 2 part program. The next session will be Monday, September 25 and Friday September 29, 2006 from 7:00- 8:30pm with instructor Joseph Barako, RN, Certified Hypnotherapist. Cost of this 2-part session is $40.00. Payable at the first class. Pre-registration is required.

Prenatal and Postnatal Exercise Classes
Noble Hospital Sports and Rehabilitation Center is hosting a six week exercise program for expectant and new moms.
Classes are taught by a physical therapist/ physical therapist aide certified in Pre & Post natal exercise training.
Women in their first, second or third trimester or those that have recently had a baby may join and take advantage of the benefits of exercise.
Each class includes low intensity stretching and low level strengthening which will improve flexibility, reduce tension and strengthen many muscles.
The programs will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 - 7:00pm at the Sports and Rehabilitation Center located at 76 Main St. Westfield in the Walgreen Plaza. Cost is $45.00 for a 6 week/12 session block. To register or to obtain additional information call (413) - 562-3522.
Preparation for Childbirth Classes
Held at Noble Hospital and conducted by the Professionals at Baystate, this 5 week course will include coping techniques for childbirth including breathing and relaxation exercises, medication choices, birth videos, Cesarean birth information, postpartum and baby care, breastfeeding class and a tour of the hospital. Classes are held at Noble Hospital in the Women's Center on Wednesday evenings. You should register in your 4th month of pregnancy and finish your classes one month before your due date. A one day, Childbirth Express Class, is offered at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield.
